[Resolved] Vodafone — Without informing deducting money as daily rent for SMS Pack | |||
I am Shidhant Naik & customer of vodafone Mobile service provider. I had activated SMS pack of Rs 66 (by activating this you get 15000 sms valid for 1 month) but after the last (due) date I found that 2 rs are getting deducted from my balance when I inquired about it I found that they are deducting 2 rs & providing you 500 SMS for 1 day validity without informing me, without my permission. Thats ok I kept quite but today I found that my 2 rs are deducted as always but I was not provided with SMS that means any SMS I used to send was charged as RS 1/sms. I made call to Vodafone complaint no. ( 198) 2 times, 1st time they told me to call after some time, I gave them call 2nd time this time they told me to call after 1 p.m. and since I can call them only thrice a day, I gave them call at 4.50 pm and this time also same thing he told me it will be done in four hours means they will give me daily rental SMS pack at 8.50...??? so at tomorrow morning I have to again pay the rent. So for today what type of rent they have deducted from my balance ?? Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — deducting money without permission
i am vodafone prepaid custmor in rajasthan (my prepaid mobile no is [protected]). they have activated chat service in my connection.and 30 rupees are cut from my balance without getting any order from my side.they did this with me two times.Vodafone — money deducted but no service for isd sms
Restected Sir,i Anil Kumar Tiwari am using vodafone number [protected] from around last 5 yrs. I am sending ISD SMS the charge ot it or Rs 5 is always deducted but my messages are not sent, when i m asking to customer care they dont give me any satisfactory answers for my problem i have tried from many mobiles & with my both numbers.
How can i get help i have wasted many Rs but i got no response.

I am an very old customer of Hutch(recentlyVodaphone). I am a prepaid customer and my no is [protected].On last 25th April, 09, I left Kolkata for a tour at USA.Before my departure, I made my ph. roaming as directed by ur customer care and from vodaphone shop.I recharged with about Rs.1600 before depart.I received only two(2) call.till now as on15.05.09.I made about only 16 SMS knowing that it will be charged Rs.15/sms.During my prest stay at California again I had to Rechaged with Rs.333+550+20. Alltogether I have recharged with total Rs.2500 may be little more.Its very unfortunate, astonishing to see that I am running a short of balance Rs.-180.as stated todayFinding no other way, I called up cust.care at Kolkata to know in details. I talked to Mr. Sujay Das. who assured me to send a mail stating in datails of it. No results till now. I am nt only surpised but also in a great doubt how this is possible.I am really dejected with this shorts of service.
Need ur urgent reply.

Dear Sir/ mamthis month i have rechrged 2 free sms cards even after that when ever i send sms the money get deducted from my account, i am facing this probelum since last 50 days. my business based on sms and i am suffering alot.

Vodafone — Activated Sms Scheme without being subscribed.
Dear Sir,I am using Vodafone services. I was in roaming on[protected]. They deducted 30/- from my balance as activation charges of msg scheme(ONM_PBB_SMS) without being subscribed by me .
When i came back delhi, i did call to customer care, they told me to follow the procedure. I followed but didn't get amount till today as they told me that your account will be refreshed by Rs 30/- in 48 hours.
They did same act once before too.
My request no. for this issue is [protected].
It's not ethical to deduct money from account untill the customer subscribe the scheme.
Prompt action will be apreceated.

I have vodafone prepaid no. [protected], prior to their previous pathetic service, now without making any call or sms they reduced Rs. 4 from my balance and customer care service not responding. Tell me what can I do?
