As per your e-mail, we would again like to inform you that we have analyzed the below mentioned concern and found that Blackberry usage charged in Sep'10 invoice is correct and genuine.
Further, we would like to inform you that we will not be able to provide the credit of complete usage charges of Rs.9739.50/-
As a service gesture we would like to offer you a credit of Rs.1900/- towards the Blackberry usage. Request you to kindly confirm us your acceptance for our further action.

NOTE DURING THIS PERIOD MY SERVICES WERE BARRED EVEN AFTER COMMITING THAT SAME WOULD BE UNBARRED TILL THEY RESOLVE IT..............

Finally I wrote -

Sushma, I am sure you can do something here. Pls disconnect this Number.

Also just to apprise you, i will take this to the next level now as i was not given sufficient understanding on how i am responsible for this bill.

I repeat that the info provided by your executive was misleading and so is your BB plan.

AND TO MY SURPRISE I RECEIVED CALL IN NEXT 1 HR FOR DISCONNECTION AS THAT COULD BE DONE IN 4 HRS...


It is shameful to get such a treatment from a service provider like Vodafone....I am surrendering this number however will only pay for my usage/rentals & for blackberry - 1099 as per unlimited usage & this is what I even suggested them however I believe they have such a large customer base that one customer doesnot impact them......................
