Vodafone Mobile Gujarat — Services activated and billed without my consent | |||
My mobile number is 90XXX XX524(Vodafone Gujarat). although I have not activated any request for so called Vodafone mobile connect and after I have received the bill I found that the said service has been activated of its own by Vodafone and also my usage shows for Rs.670/-. Although i have written several mails to the Customer care,Nodal officer and finally Appealate authority, None of them is responding appropriately and refused to return the billed amount of Rs. 670/-. I am unable to understand why should I should be billed for the usage which I have never given any request for activation. With this I would like to request to all the readers to stay away from vodafone and atleast from the Post paid services of vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — Activation of paid services without my permission
hi sir/mami am a resident of chandigarh.i got new vodaphone punjab no one month ago.the company activated caller tone services without my permission. they just gave me a promsional call, i attend that call and cut that call at once.and after some time i got msgs from their end ur service is activated.i made that deactivate.but didn't got any re-fund.after 15-20 days.The same thing happened again yesterday, 29-04-09.they deduct charges and made my service activated.but i never requested for that.i am pissed off it.it happened twice in a month with me.i have their deactivation and activation msgs.On My other vodaphone no they activated another service without intimating and without permission.i want get rid of it.and they gave toooooo much unnecessary calls and messages.i waqnt them to be hang on.
