[Resolved]  Vodafone — caller tune

with my confirmation set my caller tune on my mobile & deduct Rs.30.

Why deduct Rs.30 on my account with out my permission.

I have lodged complaints on three separate occasions regarding deactivation of caller tune service on my number that was activated in the first place without my permission.I need the deactivation of tis service with immediate effect, along with a refund of the amount unfairly deducted. The number is [protected].

without my permission the caller tune has set on my number [protected],,
and rs.24 has been decharge from my number.

and the exectives told me that you hadselected the song that why we charge you

and now i want to give this information to "punjab kesari"
i am not joking
just give my money back

Recently I took a new prepaid connection of Vodafone (Number [protected] ).Just on the day of activation of number they set a Callertune which I never applied.Two days after they changed the callertune without any information.They have deducted approx. Rs. 50 for the same.

First of all please ask them to deactivate the callertune and then return the money they deduced without informing.

I am S.Lakshminarayanan and my complaint to vodophone cstomer care remains unattended one .Inspite of debiting a goodsm of amont they are now delibrately not even attending my calls.This looks ery odd and arragant too.My complaints no are as under.[protected]&[protected]

hello even i am vodafone customer since i have starting using cell phones but many a times have to face problems and as usual company does not have the wonderful song of A R REHMAN in their collection so i just request the company to please provide the same for the caller tune

i have activated a caller tune and i have paid Rs 45 to enable my friends to listen to the song. But for around 7-8 seconds there is advertisement "Is gaane ko apni caller tune banane ke liye * dabaye" before the caller tune. I am not paying for the advertisement. They should only play the callertune because i am paying for that only.

i dailled 50003 on my handset having vodafone network service charged 99 rs for only dialing that no. not even press for activation but even though i deactivated it with in 2 hours they promise for give back money to my accont but didn't do that please help regarding this .

Vodafone — charges deducted Rs.60 after cancellation of caller tune

without requesting caller tune request Rs.60/- has been deducted from my vodafone number [protected] after so many contact to their helpline number to 111/198 several times no response has been given so far and they have also charged the complaint call charges. Generally Mobile Service Provider is sending message for requesting caller tune to mislead the consumer so that the consumer has to press the wrong key and the Service Provider has to charge the caller tune charges forcefully. I have also deregulated the caller tune within one minute of activation to their number 144.

I am vodafone customer from last 4 years.From last 3days i got messages from vodafone related to caller tunes and yesterday caller tune activated without my permission and 15 rupees amount deducted.I don't send any request to vodafone about caller tune but the caller tune activated without my permission.I want clarification why the caller tune activated without my permission.

Caller tune deactivated but my deduction amount is not returned, who will give to return back my deduction amount for caller tune..Caller tune activated as per you and deducted the amount as per u without my permission.I complaint to vodafone then the caller tune deactivated but i will not receive my amount(15 rupees).So tatally i want my deduction amount(15 rupees) as early as possible.

i have recently port my cell no [protected] from bsnl to vodafone as on[protected].after having first f.r.c i recharged my no. with rs 125 ,i got 156 rupees after all that . they gave me a welcome free offer of free internet usage of 50 mb.which will be off on[protected].but on[protected] vodafone cheated me and they deduct all my balance. i called the customer care no on same day.but they said that i used my plan earlier.i said it's o.k ,but my free usage was over then they have to told me that my free usage has been over .
And on same night[protected] i called customer care no. again on the topic of deactivation of vodafone promotional add before callertune which is called as the caller song copying add.They told me that they will done in 24 hours.they also gave me request code ,but after 36 hours the add was played as same as on[protected]. i again called customer care they again wants to making me fool by saying these words ,"we will register your request and it will be proceeding within 24 hours.
what is this am i free and mad so that waisting my precious time on vodafone. vodafone don't gave me any response ,just making fun and fool of me by waisting my money and time as well.
