[Resolved] Vodafone — Late fee charge | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I am a customer of Vodafone post paid connection no. [protected],my Sep-Oct bill has a late fee charge in it,although I paid the half payment on due date and half of the amount in a weeks time to my due date.I spoke to customer care and they told me send a mail to customer care department regarding the issue.Kindly refund my late fee charges in the coming month bill. I am a customer of Vodafone CUG post paid connection no:[protected], 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, my July 2012 bill has a late fee charge in it, although I paid the 18/8/2012 due date.I spoke to customer care and they told me send a mail to customer care department regarding the issue.Kindly refund my late fee charges in the coming month bill.
