Vodafone — Deactivation of Caller ID | |||
I have a vodafone prepaid connection, and my caller ID has been deactivated from 24th Sep 2010 without any information, on 27th when i inquired with the customer care i was told that i have to resubmit my documents again for verification and then only they will start my caller ID and my called ID will be activated immediately. I resubmitted my documents on Tuesday and i was told that called Id will be activated in 2 to 4 hrs, which did not start, eve when again i checked i was told it will take max 12 hrs but today its 72 hrs but the Called Id is still not activated. I have received calls from where even i dont know bcz there is no caller ID. Not only Caller ID was deactivated but at the same time all the incoming calls services were bad and my calls were getting missed. PLEASE DO NOT BUY VODAFONE, THEY DONT KEEP THEIR WORD AND PEOPLE LIKE US SUFFER A LOT AND MISS IMPORTANT CALLS. Thankyou Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — Called ID deactivation
This is Ninad Bhat.Mymobile no. is [protected]I have been PISSED OFF with this VODAFONE SERVICES. They deactivated my called ID service within no time and when I have submitted my documents, they told me they will activate it in four hours! It has been 72 hours!! What kinda "HAPPY TO HELP"jargon do you noobs boast of?
Help me in this matter or get SUED!
