[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone Overcharging & not responding!! | |||
Hello, My name is Bikram (Mumbai) & mobile no is [protected]. As per telephonic discussion with Vodafone executives Suraj & Amir I requested to activate 299 GPRS plan for iPhone & convert my postpaid connection to prepaid to avoid unwanted charges, immediately after my Nov billing cycle. I was promised that the service will be activated within 24 hrs after sending mail. It has been about Seven days and the service has still not been activated!! I have been a victim o[censored]nnecessary charges due to mistake on the part of Vodafone service executive.
