[Resolved] Vodafone — advance rental plan | |||
Dear sir, I am customer of vodafone from last 12 yrs and using mobile number [protected]. Every year, I am receiving call from vodafone to renew my advance rental plan of Rs500 for one year & when I receive such call, i inform them to renew the same and bill me for the same. But this time, I have not received any call from Vodafone service centre to renew the advance rental plan & they happilily charged me Rs149 as rent of one month & raised the bill accordingly. I am not using this number so much but still I am paying happily every month Rs100 in advance against a bill of Rs50. I would like to renew the advance rental plan of Rs500 for next year but in the meantime, I would request to you to look into this matter & try to reimburse Rs149 they have charged for current month bill. Also I contacted vodafone customer care to block my number against unwanted messages. They blocked unwanted messages for few months & now again I am getting so much of stupid message to buy property etc which makes my inbox full and I miss my important messages.
