Vodafone — Vodafone online billing problem | |
Hi, My phone no. is +91-[protected] I paid my bill amount on[protected] of Rs.700, by bill pay option on My vodafone at www.vodafone.in through my sbbj online baking facilities, the amount was deducted immediately but no confirmation was sent to me neither by email nor by sms, then i talked on customer care & i got the complaint no. [protected], my bank statement also shows that money has been transferred to vodafone payments (a/c no. [protected]) and still i have not received any confirmation from vodafone about my bill payment. Please help me... Was this information helpful? | |
