All foolish, How can I get the money back from my bank SBI when it is already charged by your co-partner BillDesk (your payment gateway) vide transaction reference number MSBI9051608499. If the same is not your record than where it has gone ? your payment gateway BillDesk is also confirming the same chrge of Rs. 50 with above mentioned transaction ID. The BillDesk Reply is mentioned below.

It is not a matter of 50 Rs. but of your working and response to your customer, totally unsatisfactory.

BelowB is my account statement, when my bank has given the money to vodafone account with transaction Ref: MSBI9051608499I through your payments gateway of BillDesk their is no way to get it back for my bankB unless vodafone gives itB back.B Instruct the appropiate channel/B BillDesk toB reverse the amount of Rs. 50/- to my account.

As per your transaction acknowledgment foot note says that if your rechargeB is not sucessfullB due to any reason, the debited amount will be reversed to your account within 5 working days.

As I suggest the best way isB to recharge my phone 9838480433B with Rs. 50/- top up from your end. This will resolve the issue.

I had recharged my prepaid mobile no. 9838480433 yesterday afternoon through your online recharge website vide ref no. MSBI9051608499 IG 07408455 for Rs. 50 only. Till now I have not received any message/ recharge on my mobile. The same amount is deducted from my bank account.

Talking to your customer care services at 111 one Ms. Priti was online and told me that this service is not provided by Vodafone today morning at 10:15 HRS.

I had tried this facility for the several times before too without any failure. Please resolve the problem immediately.

At least your customer care executive must know about the services provided by Vodafone.

first of all, after rifilling my account my balance was rs 125 but after 3 days of it's use a sms came and rs 30 was deductd from my account for callertunes, but i am sure thet i have not demanded for caller tunes...
and my second complaint is about my documents... i submitted all required my documents to the associative but now few days back i got a sms to submit all the required documents, but i have submitted all of it... so i want the details abotu the documents to be submitted...

But You credit Rs 50 from my SBI account in dated 14-January-2011 (MSBI1017330128IG38316876 TRANSFER TO 31014960840 BILLDESK TRANSACTION A)

I have recharge my Vodafone mobile no 9769779066 by online recharge as on date-07.02.11 with Rs 50/- but my number is not refill. due to net work error, I have try twice to re-payment by using my banking login and found that the amount was deduct double time 50 & 50 Rupees in my ICICI account. I have spoken to the vodafone Sevice person regarding this & he told me that with in 5 working day Your money will be deposite in account, But I found that there will be no refund money in my account .

I did online recharge from my standard chartered bank for 50 Rs 20 min ago but after confirming the secure code BillDesk did not respond .My account has been deducted for 50 but i did not get my phone recharge.Please help in this.

Hello,

I tried recharging my account through my visa debit card but by mistake i had typed the card number wrong at least thrice. hence from that day on-wards i cannot recharge my account only for vodafone but for other online banking services i have no problem. please do something at the earliest.
