These Guys are overcharging a lot on the names of value added services and hats off to the poor customer care. They are not there to support you. Even their postpaid services sucks. So poor retention team u wont imagine.

I have got message from vodafone Mah circle informing me that they will charge Re 1 for local, Re 1.5 for STD smses, I would like to inform you that I have postpaid connection under which my sms tariff is only 30p for both local and STD and I have first 150 msgs are free .When I contacted vodafone customer care they told me this is as per TRAI guideline can you Please tell me
Is there any guideline issued by TRAI like this?
