[Resolved]  Vodafone — Plan uncharged so got excess bill

Hello!

After an acknowledgement reply my plan should have bean changed to 199 and accordingly i was hoping to get much lower bill. I am just unable to understand why am i being troubled? i wont pay any bill until i get a mail confirmation about plan change and rectification in previous bills according to 199 plan.


If vodafone has excess customer base which they are unable to manage kind close down my both numbers i will look out for other prompt and genuine service provider.

Hello!
My name is Sumeet S Jadhav with mobile no [protected] paying 1000+ bill monthly. I have subscribed for an additional card with mobile no [protected] for the purpose that calling will be free in these two nos. I have already told Sales person same thing. But when I got bill of [protected] I have been charged for calling to [protected]. When I called customer care, I got to know plans of both no. should be same. I don’t understand why this wasn’t told to me earlier by sales person when I told him my purpose of buying connection.

I am ready to pay bill according to the 199 plan. I wont pay any excess bills. Kindly change my [protected] number’s plan and group to same as [protected]’s group . So that both the nos are in same group and plan and calling between these nos is free.

For the first bill I will pay 200 Rs bill today. Kindly take appropriate steps to wave off my additional bill which is being charged for calling [protected] as I wont pay it at all in any case.

I have been requesting since many days to resolve my issue, but seem no one is interested kindly stop sending bills too as i am not going to pay any.

Vodafone — tariff plan unchanged

Sir,
I am a customer of Vodafone( post paid no.[protected]).I have asked the vodafone executive to limit my tariff plan to Rs.600,and stop my services if I exceeds the limit.but still my tariff plan is same,what it used to be earlier.I don't understand why my request is not been considered.Because of my unchanged tariff plan I end up paying whatever bill is generated for my no.
I request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
