Vodafone — NO INFORMATION GET FROM CUSTOMER CARE
I AM USING OLYNE GC51 MOBILE WITH VODAFONE CONNECTION, I WANT TO USE INTERNET ON MY MOBILE ON MY SET, BUT I DID NOT GET SATISFIED INFORMATION IN THIS CONCERN,I want to know apn and ip address for my set and want to start internet service on my mobile.

I HAVE CALL TO COSTUMER CARE,THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY 1000RPS AS PERI MUM NUMBER
CHARGES BEFORE IT , I HAVE CALL IN THE MONTH OF FEB 2012 TO CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE GOT A CALL MIGRATION DEPARTMENT WHEN AIM EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM REGARDING PAYMENT THEY TOLD YOU PAY ONLY 500 RPS AS PERI MUM CHARGES... WHEN I AM CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE IN THIS MONTH ONLY THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY 1000 RUPEES
SO I WANT TELL TO MY VODAFONE DEPARTMENT SO GIVE ME DISCOUNT PL AIM MIDDLE CALL PERSON I CANT EFFORT TO PAY ONE THOUSAND RPS ,,, I WILL PAY 500 RPS PLS GIVE ME DISCOUNT I AM OLD CUSTOMER SIR PL FAVOR ME

Vodafone — Poor Response of Complaint
Vodafone have debarred my outgoing calls on 11/12/2010 for not depositing verification documents which i have already deposited before 3 months. Customer care executive is saying that they hadn't recd. any documents.I again deposited same documents on 11/12/2010 and they said the outgoing services will star by 12/12/2010 before 7:pm but my service has not been activated so far instead of giving continuous calls to the Vodafone
