[Resolved] Vodafone / Postpaid Connection — Charged 10 time than credit limit without any intimation to customer | |
Dear Madam/Sir, I was using Vodafone's post paid connection (mob-[protected]) for more than last 2 years. 3 months back I went o Dubai for company work and stayed there for 3 days. I had used my mobile with my Lap top and used GPRS of vodafone. Now when I returned to India, I had been charged 44, 383 Rs without any intimation to me. Now Vodafone is saying that he had not that data and that was why he had not informed me. I said him very clearly that if Vodafone has no data then it is not fault of Customer. Just think sir, What happen if I had stayed there for another 4-5 days, I think I would have been charged more than 5 Lac Rupees. When I was called in meeting at Vodafone head office, all the person who were in meeting had cleared accepted this 5 Lac matter. I don't know how many people are cheated with this system if vodafone gets data late from his foreign business partner. Now Vodafone is saying me to pay this huge bills by installment. Why should I pay this huge bill in installment??? I haven't taken any loan. Please take some strict action and teach lesson to this multinational company. I have clearly said to Vodafone to send a legal notice and I will answer for this matter in court. I have faith in Indian laws and confidence as I am TRUE. Was this information helpful? | |
