Due to this reason my outstanding pending and I reply again & again your payment collection executives when i received my next bill i will be pay my all dues, but all these happend my mobile dissconnect from 08.03.10, I had already compalined regarding the same to your call centre to Mr. Manoj by comp. no. 69940468, but inspite of that i don;t have received any reverted back call from your side on the mentioned issue. I used this Vodaphone connection approximately 1 year, Previously I have complained against vodafone regarding wrong billing services & activation so many things which customer d'not have required. i have been facing numerous problems with your company for billing charges since connection activation to last bill because from my first bill I had looked that Vodafone activated many chargable services without my permission & information. I am dissatisfied with your services from starting when i purchased this connection from Paramjeet Singh at your C.P. Vodafone Centre because as per your scheme my gifts for new connection still pending for the same and more over you dont live up to your motto "happy to help" its an irony because i have only been facing problems after problems . i would like you to look into the matter as soon s possible. not receiving proper assistance from the cust care officers I am fed up with vodafone I WOULD LIKE A MANAGER TO LOOK INTO MY PROBLEMS AND RESOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE MY PATIENCE IS RUNING OUT.
