[Resolved]  Vodafone Postpaid — fraud scheme

i have an idea no. [protected] on 18/01/2011 i got a call from mr. yogesh of
bigtel it solutions, he told me that your idea number has
been chosen according to a lottery of vodafone in which you have to take a
vodafone postpaid connection today because this lottery scheme does not
exist for tomorrow in which he wants me to pay rs.250/- immediately and in
scheme vodafone give me for a connection of rs.299/- per month i get 12000
seconds free, one number of vodafone local free and also a very best scheme
which make me to buy this number is
*> A movie ticket in satyam cineplex free for me every Tuesday for lifetime

i have a doubt in above scheme so i asked him three times to give me every
details of this movie scheme and he told me every time the same so i buy the
sim on 18/01/2011


next day on 19/01/2011 when verification department called for my details
and the new number he told me this is a normal scheme of vodafone postpaid
and you have to buy a ticket in satyam cineplex and then you got your free
ticket

i cancelled to take the number on that day i asked to forward a complaint on
the department from then i am calling all the possible vodafone number from
that day but no action is taken on this issue .

kindly confirm me the situation so then i take any action to take my number
or take action of fraud on bigtell it solution my idea number of lottery is

i am totally harrased spending money on calls and mails to vodafone can any one help
