[Resolved]  Vodafone / Postpaid Service — Vodafone is not changing the tariff plan since last 2 months.

I have applied in vodafone gallery to change my plan on 8th January. Today on 2nd March also its not done yet. Everytime i visit their gallery they keep on saying me that in next 4 days it will be done. But nothing is done since last 2 months. They dont even tell me what is the problem, they are not even giving me anything in writting. Following is the matter in length.

We have 3 post paid sim cards of Vodafone in Family plan.
1) Mr. Prashant Shah (My elder brother) - [protected]
2) Mrs. Madhuri P. Shah (My sister in law) - [protected]
3) Manish Shah (Myself) - [protected]

My first visit to vodafone gallery for this purpose was on 8th January 2009 & i met Mr. Micheal at churchgate vodafone gallery which is opposite to Asiatic. I wanted to change Mrs. Madhuri's no. to prepaid, Mr. Prashants no. to Double Value 299 plan & my plan to GK199 plan. They told me that to change the post paid card to prepaid for Mrs. Madhuri I'll have to take sign of Mrs. Madhuri on few documents which i did & went again on 19th January in the same gallery & met Mr. Vikas. Same day i purchased new sim card for her, gave all the documets required to change to prepaid & also paid my old dues. On 19th Jan. Mr. Vikas told me that in next 7 working days plans will change for other 2 cards also. i.e. for Mr. Prashant & for me. but as usual nothing was done & i went again in starting of the february month. This time i met Ms. Claudia in tha same branch. Again she commited that it will be changed in next 4 working days. I asked her repeatedly why its not done yet & she was not having any answer. I met Mr. Devesh (Branch Head) also on the same day & he assured me that we are putting a request on priority and your plan will change in next 2 working days. Still nothing was done to change my mobile plan. I went there again on 2nd March i.e. today & spoke to Ms. Claudia again. As usual she again told me that it will be done in next four working days & when i asked for the reason for not changing my plan yet, she was not having any answer. I again spoke to Mr. Devesh and he told Ms. Claudia to put up the request on high priority. Today i asked them to give me the print out of my requests put up by them on these various days. Ms. Claudia says they dont have this facility so she cant give. I asked her to give me in writting that my plan will change in next four working days as told by her. Again she gave me the same answer that she cant give.

I have given them all the necessary documents which they asked to change my plan & i dont have any proof as they have not given me anything in writting.

From almost last 2 months i am going there & have to waste at least 1 hour to complaint, request & still nothing is done by them. It takes hardly one day for them to activate the new sim card & its taking almost 2 months to change the plan. Just because i am an existing customer they are not giving the priority to my problem. Need help to resolve the issue & teach them a lesson.
