Vodafone Prepaid — discontinuation of services after activation since last 10 days

i have purchased the sim of vodafone prepaid the no. is [protected] fifteen days back the sim was activated , the required documents were submitted. But the sim is deactivated and the outgoing calls facility is not working this has caused harrasment and mental tension to me, apart from financial losses.
