without any input two times activate the alert and miss call info service and dedect the rs 30 both time . its a very shame full activity done by the people . i am loosing my faith with boda . pl return my money imdtly . i do not need any alert service and add call never. do not try to chet the customer of voda phone . if do not do the querry i will chane my connection with my complete relative and family i am jai from east up my no is [protected]. p do and confirm i also asked to customer cell but they do not response. pl do hurry

Vodafone — deduction of money and unwanted services.

Dear Sir,

Pls note that I m a Vodafone Prepaid Customer in uttarakhand(Prepaid Mbl No:[protected]).today at noon(3pm) I got 3 messages from Vodafone that you are activated a caller tune in my number and deducted around Rs.30/- from my mobile’s account.
this is too harishing for me.
i visited to local mini store of vodafone.they told me to call at customer care.and i called there but there is no response from ther....
please sir sort out this problem.as i am a student and know the value of money.
please sir ....

Vodafone — Fake deduction

I have received a SMS that Rs 30 is deducted for the activation of Music Junction Service on my no. After that Rs. 20 has deducted from my account. I don't know how is it possible without my intervention.
After the SMS I have called to Vodafone call center and ask him how it can be activated without my knowledge. He told me that it is activated by mistake by you.
So pls help on this matter and log a call in Vodafone and also I want my money back in my account.

its very clear the complaints is legal and never any service provider coy should cheat the customer its decay the image of coy inthe market.

Vodafone — Unwanted Services and Deducting money

I Bahader Singh is a Vodafone Prepaid mobile customer with no.([protected]). Vodafone is Activating Unwanted services like Caller tunes, Ring tones facility without my request and deducting money from my account without notice. I am a senior citizen of 72 years old and not interested in any of these extra chargeable sevices. I have contacted customer care executives with these requests but all in vain. so i kindly request you to ask vodafone to deactivate these unwanted Chargeable services from my mob no-([protected]) & also put my no. in DND service. Dear Sir,
My Mobile Number is [protected] and I am facing frequent deduction of money from my mobile prepaid service by Vodafone. Unwanted schemes are given by Vodafone and forcible charged for the same by your side. I am suffering this problem from last one year. So I requets you kindly look into the matter and cancel all the unwanted songs, schemes etc. from my mobile and refund Rs.50/- which was deducted by Vodafone unnecessarily, as it was recharge by me and same day it was deducted by Vodafone. when contacted to customer care, they said the money deducted by Vodafone and customers service is helpless for that.
so please look into the matter and cancel all the unwanted services from my number and refund the money Rs. 50- to me.

Vodafone service provider — Deduction Of Money

Hello !It Ritesh Sharma ma no. is [protected] , thee problem is ma money is getting unnecessary deducted , even though i m not using anything or application , the pop out come 0.10ps is ur last usage , i would like to knw why its is happening so , from last 15 days m calling customer care but getting "NO REPLY " , they kept me waiting for almost 20 min.& later hung up the call , i need all money refund , i[censored] want u can check ma bill details.

vodafone always give a wrong bill and they are not showing bill detail i[censored] use GPRS service so they are not able to explain ur deduction & vodafone customer service is very poor they are not giving satisfaction any time [protected]
