My mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged (topup) of Rs. 100 with Rs. 88.66 talktime on Wed Oct 20, 2009. The transaction ID is KK[protected].
I have made 3 to 4 local calls, the balance enquiry shows negative balance Rs. -0.14. Please check and revert with justification.
The caller tune has been activated forcefully without any notice, and there is no control to stop this. Calling customer care is useless as all of the time the number is busy or "service is not available".
