[Resolved]  Vodafone — Unnecessary Charges

Sub:-Extra Charges of Browsing and ISD



My self Mahesh.Pralhad.Sathpute I am using Vodafone post paid connection my number is [protected]. I am old customer of Vodafone but this month they have charged bill of Rs 1325/- in which they have charged me for Browsing and ISD which I have not use and I find that this time they have charged me more than my usages. I am ready to pay what i have used but i won't pay unnecessary charges they have charged against me and i have sent them mail and also talk to them to withdraw unnecessary charges from my bill so that i can continue with them. But so far i haven't receive any response from them. I really upset that Vodafone a reputed service provider can do such thing.

I hope you will definitely help me because i want to continue with the same number and i am ready to pay what i have used but not unnecessary charges.

However, as a gesture of goodwill, an amount will be credited to your account and will be reflected in your forthcoming bill i.e. 05/02/2012. Vodafone — unnecessary charges bill

my num is [protected], an last month i had received my bill an i hav paid the bill late by 1 day so the next say my service was deactivated an in the current i have been charged 50 rs for the late fee, for what they charge late fee as my number was disconnect after the due date..i am fed up using vodafone it is giving me problem everytime...

My number is [protected] and i was charged unnecessarily with Rs.9 on 18/02/2009 when calling to Bhutan. It wasn't ringing and i had waited for ring for at least 20 seconds from where I have disconnected intentionally for not ringing, but it said that Rs. 9 is deducted from my account. I don't know what is going on with vodafone service because similar cases were also noticed last year where i was charged with Rs.45 to another number. It is not that the person I was call had received, it is the mistake with your network because later on when i asked about my call to the person i was calling to, he told me that he didn't get any call from me.

So can anybody on the authorized position justify me the incidents.

Hi This is Manoj Jangra from Chandigah want to compliant against CCE's of Vodafone Company working in Mohali and also against the Vodafone Co. for the unnecessary deduction of Money form the account.
My Mobile no. is [protected] and its been two times when my balance is deducted and then CCE are also not responding well.
First Person saying call after 48 hrs.
Second person saying you need to call in between 48 hrs
then saying money will get refund
third perosn saying you need to call in between 12 hrs
fourth person saying not able to refund your money

this thing happensto me again now and i want you to take action against this.

I am an Unemployed Graduate facing very problem from this so please help me out.

Vodafone — Unnecessary bill has been charged from Vodafone

Hello,
I am using Vodafone connection from last one year. From the begning I am not at all satisfied with their services.

Whenever I used to call to customer care, I dont get proper response even cutsomer care person doesnt know how to talk properly.

They just put our call on hold or they tell us some story and try to bypass from their responsiblity.

Also initially Vodafone promised me about 50 paisa STD plan but initially two month they charged me 1 Rs/ Min. After having long fight for 3 month, I got my money back.


but even after they every month they charge some services or for extra call, which I have not used it . But whenever I try to call, they do not listen. They just tells me
me to go to Vodafone care shop and resolve issue. I have told them multiple times to disconnect my connection, but even they are not doing it .

couple of month back I have activated 15000 SMS pack for 200Rs per month and in OCt 2010 I told them to deactivate this service.

But When I checked my Dec month bill, I have been continously charging for this services still and no solution has been provided to me till now even after
making so many calls to customer.

This week I have called customer care to activate internet service for 200Rs/month. The said, vodafone will give me call to make setting activate on my cell

to use internet service before they activate this internet service on my cell.

But I am still waitnig for their call but thet started charging me for this service.

I am really fedup with this Vodafone and their services. I request everybody, not to use this ever in life.

Vodafone — Unnecessary charges

my number [protected] of vodafone ,Rs 5/- is being deducted daily towards happy2help subcription,which isis not subscribed by me.. please cancel this subscription & credit back the deduction done till today.....
My vodafone no [protected]. And my name is Ravi SONI.
I have just received the invoice for dec-jan-feb-marc and found that Vodafone has charged me for d2c NDTV Valuepack 9 - Rs. 99, d2c mgosssip pack 49 Rs. 49, d2c mydala 99 Rs 99 and hello1 tvallsouth Rs. 30 totalling Rs 277.00 plus taxes. Spoke to Vodafone Customer service but They told, for some of the website charges do happen irrespective of having Data plan. We need to find a permanent solution as you will realise that this is total fraud and Vodafone is making it a habbit.

Please Help me..!!!
