[Resolved] Vodafone — To restart my blocked SIM of Vodafone | |||
Sir, I have bought a new prepaid sim ([protected]) from vodafone. After week of service, the sim was blocked. When I called the customer care they told to resubmit the ID and Address Proof documents. I have resubmitted the documents on dtd 28.03.2010. I have submitted following documents (which are listed as acceptable documents on vodafone website) at vodafone ministore at Kankroli distt Rajsamand Rajasthan. 1. PAN Card 2. ID card issued by central PSU. 3. Address proof certificate issued by central PSU. 4. RC copy of vehicle. But still the sim is out of service. The retailer at Vodafone Ministore is not forwarding the documents. When asked he cites different reasons- sometimes he say he has forwarded the documents, other times he say ID card issued by central PSU and address proof certificate issued by central PSU is not a valid proof and sometimes RC copy of vehicle is not clear and many others. However all these excuses are blatant and fallacious. Now, sir I have following questions: 1. What can I do to restore the services of sim. Customer care has said they can't do anything in this. or 2. I have balance amount of Rs 700 in that sim. How can I recover that if I reject the sim due to their apathetic attitude. 3. What can I do against the Vodafone ministore retailer. 4. If I can file the case against them in consumer court. Thanks in advance and waiting for your valuable reply.
