RESPECTED SIR ,

I DR.PRATHVIRAJ PURCHASED ONE RECHARGED COUPEN FROM VODAFONE SERVICES BEARING SERIAL NO 3563041466 ,WHILE SCRATCHING THE CARD THE PIN NO HAS BEEN ERASED DUE TO POOR QUALITY OF CARD.THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO SOME OF MY FRIENDS ALSO ,WHEN I CANTACTED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND VODAFONE SERVICE STORE THEY ARE TELLING ITS OF NO USE ,
WHEN THE CARD IS NOT USED THEN WHERE THE AMOUNT GOES . WHO SHOULD GIVE MY MONEY BACK WHEN THE AMOUNT IS NOT USED
KINDLY PURSUE MY COMPLAINT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

as per your guideline i went to vodafone store at bidar, in karnataka but its of no use they say i cant do anything even i have recorded the voice as a proof, please what you people suggest me
see the fate of customer who believe in vodafone services
