[Resolved]  Vodafone Services — Why do i received deactivation message from Vodafone

Dear Sir/ Mam

Today ( 05.01.12) , i have received a message from VD-611117, that due to unusage of sim [protected] from last 60 days my no. will deactivate from there end with in next 24 hrs.
As i'm in continuance usage of this sim, why do i got this unauthorised message.
Plz solve my query as soon as possible.

vodafone services — False information and wrongly charged

My No. is [protected] and have been given false promises often. Firstly in spite of several complaints i have not been getting bills at home on time..n whenever asked they say i have subscribed for ebill whereas i had deactivated it in november itself..now bcoz of this i havent made the payments n they said fine dont make the payment till u recieve it..but they still de activated my outgoing. for this i visited the vodafone store on 23rd n asked them to charge the remaining amount from annual blackberry plan of 4999 to which they said it cannot be done as its one time rental whereas i was clearly told at the time of booking the plan it can be reversed in between the year whneva i choose to disconnect..this is highly unproffesional..again they said they've taken the complain(ref no.[protected] n have mailed some one in vodafone but nothing happened but disconnection of my services..im a customer of vodafone since 7 years now..n still such treatment..this is just not expected n accepted frm such a reputed firm.
