Dear Sir,
I, Ravinder Grover mobile subscriber of Vodafone from March,2011 in Delhi Region. Vodafone has provided all subscriber a Relationship Manager. I also have a R.M. for my Mobile No.(Don't want to take the name.) Few Days before i request them to describe me a suitable Post Paid Plan. R.M. has suggest me that they will forward my request to Post Paid Dept. & Post Paid Customer Care will call me back. After some time post paid customer care called me, but at that time i was busy i ask them to call after 30 minutes, but they didn't call me. After one Day they again call me around 11AM, i was busy at that time also, i again ask them to call me after 30 min., but they didn't at that time also. Afte few days i decide to use MNP so generated a MNP code which is valid till 17th Feb. After the MNP Code generation my R.M. called me & apologize me for the short fall in services. While talking to R.M. i have given him a particular time of monday to call me back by Post Paid Customer Care. But customer executive are in too hurry they call me on saturday when i was in meeting. Just because of that call i faced too much problem in that meeting. Its still not over. After few days i use Call Back services. Some one called me , but i ask him to transfer my call to particular R.M. because he knows everything about the case. But that man is still not helped me & not even try to pass my message to particular R.M. After a Day i again use Call Back service still the same person called me , again i ask him to forward my request to particular R.M. The same case is again repeated Today also.
Now you decide what to do.
