[Resolved] Vodafone — Incorrect Deduction | |||
This is to notify you that my mobile phone service provider VODAFON/E has deducted 30.00 INR twice for caller tune services in error. First deduction which happened was on 08/01/2012 for 30.00 INR and second deduction happened on 11/01/2012 for the same amount. I have got proofs for this duplicate charge as vodafone notified me through text and I have saved those messages. When I had words with VODAFONE customer care, initially they had a common reply to wait for 6hrs for the charges to appear on there system. At 2:15 11/01 I had conversation with VODAFONE customer care and denied for these deduction. According to them no transaction ha taken place twice. When I asked them to check the notification text which they sent me for the deduction, They said no such system exist which provides them with the information on text being sent to the customer. VODAFONE is a good service provider in term of network for mobile communication but has got appalling customer services. Please get this issue sorted. Was this information helpful? | |||
