[Resolved] Vodafone — Caller tune amount deduction | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I m Hriday Ranjan Chowdhury from Haridwar (UK). I am a vodafone customer (having Phone no-[protected]), without any information, Rs. 30/- has been deducted for Callertune from my balance on date around 25or 26 Dec-2011. Even I did not send any request for caller tune activation. Caller tune has been activated automatically in my above number.This happened second time with me, I had mailed earlier for the same three months back. Plz revert the deducted amount to my vodafone account as soon as possible and cancel Caller tune immediately. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process a reversal for the charges as the service was used for one month. For Pre-paid, they always activate the caller tune without confirmation. It happened with me also.
