[Resolved]  Vodafone — SIM card not yet activated after 7 days of submission of documents

Respected Sir,

I am Nandkishor Muzumdar([protected]) from kalyan.
I have got message from vodafone on 12 augest that to submit CIF form with document to nearest vfone centre.
I have submitted that on Wednusday 14 augest 2013, and they issued me a new sim card (H[protected]) and said that it will be activated in 48-72hrs.
But its was not activated, then they told me to come on monday.
I went on monday again they told me to come after two days and said we have submitted complaint to IT dept.
i went to wednusday again same thing happned they said there is technical problem, today is saturday, My sim is not activated yet.
Please help me out.

I Purchased a vodafone prepaid lifetime sim card from M/s avadh video, S-8 Navin Market, M unsi Puliya, Indira Nagar, lko-226016(ph no:[protected]) on 17 of Oct 2008. i submitted following documents as per instruction of the dealer .
1.appliction form duly sighned by me
2.my collage id card copy
3.copy of pass port issued at lko
4.rent agreement between my father and the land lord
on the same day.But i receaved a sms on 28 of october that my cif is not received so they disconnected my line.
when i went to my dealer they told they thew will send it and dint take any further effort.
and now they are telling that they cannot do any thing.
I therefore request you to activate my nunber immediately and to take necessary action against my dealer who are cheating the public by selling your card and not giving any service. it is also hampering the good image of your campany.Thankyou

Vodafone New Sim Card — Sim Card is not activated

Dear Sir,

I have taken a new vodafone sim card, with number [protected] from Chintamani Mobiles, Hadapsar, shop on 8/6/2009.I have submitted self attested xerox copies of my passport, rent agreement and my passport size photograph for the same.
Up to now my sim card is not activated. I have inquired regarding this at the shop, but the shop owner Mr.Amin saying that it will be activated with in 1 or 2 days from the day i have purchased the sim.
I enquired Vodafone customer care regarding the same. but i got reply from them that the documents were not submitted to them.Based on the Vodafone Customer Care i am worrying weather my address proof documents would be misused by the Chintamani Mobiles Shop.

Can you please help me to collect my self attested xerox copies of my documents.

Vodafone SIM — sim card not activate

i m manish kumar my m no is [protected], i m vodaphone customer. igone to vodaphone store sant nagar east of kailash new delhi and comp my promlem . he says that after 2 hours your sim is working but after 3 day not working and missplace my docoment and missbehave with me. he says againn submit your paper than yours sim card is working, so pls sir change the stupid staff and activate my no.

Vodafone — Not Re-activate Sim-Card

I registered my complaint against Vodafone on 22 Dec 2011 But still the vodafone not solve out my problem.The Sim-Card shown simcard registration failed. The company said that number purchased by someone on 18 Dec 2011 but i investigate that the no. is still not in market.So, requested to Vodafone please take care of his coustmers and solve out my problem ASAP.
sir this is ramunaik my Vodafone number was [protected] in many days this number was not recharged but in last 5days my number was not working this is my lucky number please active this number i promised you defiantly recharging this number. tank u sir ...with regarding M.RAMUNAIK.
