[Resolved] Vodafone — activating missed call information service and charging for the same | |||
i posted a complaint on 31st october and the customer executive(Mr Vikas Desai Ph .no.:[protected]) of vodafone called me up on 3rd of november asking about it and informed that Mr. Bansal has got it activated where as the number is used by no1 else except me again he called up on 9th of nvember and told that he has checked a recording regarding the request for service activation which was made by Ms Bansal and he had a very rude way of talking and refused to credit back the balance deducted already the customer care is so useless kinds and on top of that customer executive is asking me to switch over the service provider.this is the limit i want my balance back and apologies from this Mr.desai as well and wanna hear the recording of Mr./ Miss Bansal Who called up and requested for the service so that Mr Vikas can decide who called up Was this information helpful? | |||
