[Resolved]  Vodafone Teleservices — Improper Value added service and balance deduction

Respected Sir/Maam,
Myself Animesh Mondal, Resident of G.N Mitra Lane, Parapukur, Burdwan-1 subscriber of Vodafone teleservice (Mob No-[protected]).

At this moment I faced a problem based on teleservice. yesterday i.e 30th April-2010 Value added service account of my mobile has been changed with out my permission. yesterday at 02:00 P.M received a message from Vodafone regarding the deduction of Song download/periodical charge of Rs.15, and changed my callertune song unnecessarily and deduct balance Rs.15 from my account.

After this incident I call to customer care (111) near about 3 P.M ,some one said I received a call from Vodafone number and I changed the song, but I'm not get a single call from Vodafone this day; i,e 30th April. And the customer care executive not wiling to receive complain and transfer the call to supervisor but call not received.

Again at 05:44 P.M I received a message from the number of 59876, the message content is that " Vodafone Happy to help has been set as your callertune for 90 days to all" but song not been changed. Any how I connect again to customer care and someone said I received a call from Vodafone yesterday I,e 29th April and I changed the song, but true fact is this I received a call from the no [protected] at the time of 16:10:17, a conversation made over telephone and prompt to telecaller for my unwillingness to change the song. Any how the Customer care executive not received complain and transfer the call to the Supervisor. But the result as on before , the phone call not received.

Such kind of incident (Unauthorized Callertune Change) I faced before, I noticed to Vodafone Store,Burdwan. And they nothing to do just change my tune from Free List of Songs.

At this situation I'm not satisfy and quiet afraid of the service of Vodafone. Present question is that why the account is being changed without the permission of Subscriber?

Therefore I would like to request you kindly pursue the matter and do the needful action to avoid such kind of Incident/Harassment.
Hope you'll sincerely consider the upper said matters and do the needful response as early as possible.

Vodafone — improper deduction of caller tune charges

dear sir/mam
my cell no is [protected]. company has activated caller tune on my mobile no without my pernission as on 22 jan 2010 and deducted 45 rs fron my account . After my request they refund my money buy did not deactivate caller tune . i a not able to deactivate it at my end. now in feb on 21 they again deduct amount from my account. i had made request again and again but there is no response from ur customer care.pls deactivate my caller tune and refund my bal dedcuted in feb.

as i send message for deactivate caller tune .the reverse message i receive is u r not actuve for this service .
pls look into the matter

Vodafone — unauthorized set caller tune

my parents using vodafone number.my parents dnt knw read messages.feb 27 or 24 sumthng vodafone activate caller tune without my knowledge.caller tune is vodafone theme song.past 5 mnths i didnt recharge.,i check the balance is shws -0.60 paisa only.after that i rechrge my number amt is debited fr 10 rupees.how its possible?negtve balance shows -60 paisa thn hw its bebited 10 rupess.i make a kal to customer care...noone is response..especlly vodafone callcenter running in trichy dist...madurai road,trichirapalli.(icici first source).those guys dnt tknw anythng and talk very rough.if any issue or big problm,noone team leader nt attend any customer kal.i make a kal to 4 times,custmer care agent told,i l connect team leader,bt noone pickup the kal...chennai or other laoction kal centr gve proper response...i thnk vodafone first launch kal centr in trichy...those employss nt wrking properly..all customers are very suffer becz of those kal centr guys way of talking..
