[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone looting me again | |||
This is regarding second recharge failure of rs 25(200 MB Bonus pack) for recharge of my own vodafone no. [protected] which deducted 100 points from my payback card no.[protected] but recharge failed using payback. My Payback Card points was 100 became 0 points after the unnecessary deduction. Why is vodafone targeting me again? If it is failing at gateway why don't u refund the amount or points immediately. This is second time after my first recharge failure of rs 333 which I had raised request for refund.I am still not assured whether that will be refunded. I want compensation from vodafone for my precious time being wasted in raising complaints and writing emails for unnecessary harassment done to me in the form of vodafone internet packs as well as I want my amount to be either recharged or refunded. For your information I had many vodafone number which reduced to only one vodafone number if I donot get appropriate compensation and refund of the same.I guarantee to terminate all my vodafone services with effect from December to reduce my time wastage spent for claiming refunds.
