[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone - Unnecessarily balance deduction by Vodafone | |||
Dear Sir, As I checked the balance in the morning at 9:00 Am on 17/08/2013. At that time 59.69 rs. in my account but suddenly at 9:27 AM, I got the message for the deduction of balance Rs. 49 which you have charged for activation of Deal Pack Service in my account. Without any activation from my side , How was activated this service???. After that, I called to your customer care for confirm the same but I did not get any response. Now, I want my 49 rs. back the balance of which was cut off for no reason. This service is not activated by me then why should i pay. Please clear this matter at earliest.
