Wrong charges for Internet usage on my mobile no - [protected]
The first mail which I drafted to Vodafone.

My mobile no is [protected]. For Apr 2013, vodafone has charged me Rs. 5357.25 of bill which over billed.

From[protected] to[protected] I was using 3G plan under galaxy grand offer. Earlier I was using [protected]@99 unlimited plan.

As per the conversation with customer service executive the APN was set to Mobile connect hence the charges are Rs. 5357.25.
I totally disagree with this as the same setting is received by Service provider only and I was not informed for such charges.

If there is any setting change was required then service provided should have sent the revised setting or can contact me before charging such high bill amount.

Please send me the revised bill at earliest.

They replied that the charges are correct.

Then I sent second mail to them

This is further to my mail dated 05/02/2013 03:23PM. My Vodafone number is [protected]

I have received the response from your customer care on[protected].05 am saying that whatever charges are applied are proper and they could not reverse the same.

I am totally disagree with this. As I already mentioned in my trail mail that the charges which you have applied are not correct and I will not pay Rs. 4707.84 which charged against only 1.5 GB i.e. for 2G network.

As per all earlier communications with you customer care they keep on saying this charges are due to APN setting of Mobile connect in my mobile. The mobile connect APN setting is received from Vodafone only and if you going to charge such high amount for this setting you would have call me to change the setting as I am not that technical person in terms of mobile connection setting. Even Vodafone never warn me that my bill is increasing in the amount higher and higher and they finally charged me Rs. 6203.62 without any intimation. In my bill there is monthly charge for VF live unlimited 2G usage @99 for the same month . Why should I use mobile connect as I have unlimited plan for 2G usage @99 per month. Am I mad or what? I will never agree on this that the charges is for only the setting change in the mobile.

As a corporate customer please resolve this issue at earliest. If you are unable to resolve the same I will have no choice and I will port my number to another service provider. Even I will take this matter to consumer court and TRAI.
