[Resolved]  Volkswagen Polo Trendline — Non Delivery of car as committed

Dear Sir/Madam

I have booked a VOLKSWAGEN POLo on 28th MAY 2011 and the guy who boooked a car for me committed to deliver the car within 3-4 weeks. And today is 28 JUNE 2011.But till now they have not delivered the car to me .Whenever I caal them from my cell they never pick the call and whenever I make a call to them with different nos. they immediately receive the call......I am following up them since 10 days and they say that they are not sure when can deliver the car to me....I am very much angry with the kind of service and now I am getting the feeling of fraud..Please let me know what to do..
