I have 2011 model vento kl.01.bb.6401. i had given my new car to volkswagen service center for first service.after the service i saw my vehicle right side AC handle was damaged . i suddenly inform the serviceman he said the handle have no stock .they promised to me he should be immediately change the handle under the service warrenty.after a month i try to contact them . but they are doesnt respond for this problem. in the beginning of experience of your service is too bad . i am ashamed of your bad service. i[censored] can take action for these problem Was this information helpful? |
VENTO — BAD EXPERIENCE
I buy car vento highline diesel from udaipur dealer on 12 april .i dont find car good .Itold them car having very bad suspension .on 15 april I told them to exhange a car but they told me its not possible .i sold the car with loss of 45000 on 20 april .Udaipur dealer havnt give me the bill i dontknow why ..i dont know why they are not giving me bill i paid all amount they told me by cheque .now they are saying 2800 rs due from u .so first pay that than i will give u the billand also saying penlty for late rto payment.
