This is to inform you that I had launched the complaint for my voltas AC platina model dated 20th May 2012 bearing complaint number 12MY2001606. Regarding the same I had also contacted Mr. Kinjal Mehta(Sales Manager) But till date I have not got any reponse from the company. the complaint is regarding Front Panel Damage. The product is still Under warranty. Please Respond me at the earliest
