purchased Voltas 1.5 ton window AC on June 14th, 08
Last year it worked fine. However since teh beginning of the season it is not cooling continuously. I called the technicians several times but they come, spend some time and go and the problem is persistant. This is the most inefficient technical support I have ever experienced. the technicians don't know either their job or they are deliberately not doing it well. In the process of calling them so many times I have also surpassed the warranty period. I have vowed that Iam going to claim compensation from Voltas. I will not let them go so easily. They have to either repair my AC properly without charging me anything or else they have to refund /replace the machine.
