Nil Goods in Transit, Shortages process followed & transactions completed
SAP Vs Physical report to be generated on Month end, No variance should be there in SAP Vs Physical
Stock reconciliation and filling up formats as per corporate requirement

• Responsible for entire U.P order taking and getting processed in SAP.
• Allocation of material to the entire Dealers in UP, as per their payment track, reliability and requirement on day to day basis.
• Advising 3rd Party Logistics regarding invoicing of material on day to day basis.
• Understanding the Material requirement in conjunction with the service Team and Dealers on daily basis.
• Co-ordinating with Vendor Logistic Department for the timely execution of the Indent
• Follow-up with the Transporter and C&FA about the delivery status of material dispatched to Dealers
• Stock reconciliation, maintaining and supervise inventory periodically with 3rd Party Logistics.
