[Resolved]  Voltas — Cooling problem

Its a complaint against the Voltas Window AC. We got this product way back in 2009/2010 and since then its have had cooling issues.
Many times have i complained against the same in their cust care however everytime some engineer comes to service the AC and takes huge money, within no time the problem starts again and we are back tracked in the same level.

i've spend around 12000 grands on it in last years time and problem is still not corrected.
Would appreciate if some action is taken on this and my problem is resolved.

From yesterday the Split Air Cnditoner 1.5 is spreading hot air, instead of cool.

I have purchased a split AC bearing no.4511384D12D000128, 1.5 T, Platinum Condensing unit on1.06.12. From yesterday the machine is not working properly. Instead of cool air it spreading hot air. Please look into the matter immediately.

It is the 3rd time I am compelled to lodge complain against your VOLTAS SPLIT AC 1.5 . The compressure machine is not working properly, as it stops suddenly, and in placool wind, it is blowing hot. Your so called SARKAR ENTERPRISES, of 7kalibari road, D.D.Cant, nalta, kol-28...is sending novice workers.

Insted of cooling, our AC is blowing hot air. It is the third time I am compelled to lodge a complain. It is simply a compressor machine system failure. Please send your wise workers intead of novices as before.

I have 3 voltas ac's from 3 years and always register for service but no one paid attention from 3 years . I felt very aboUt ur products
