Voltas Vertis Plus — Poor Servicing. | |||
I made a very bad decision to have purchased Voltas Vertis Plus 1&½ Ton Split AC from a large shop in Ashok Vihar New Delhi, in April 2011 and it was installed in the end of April 2011. I had many doubts about the unit and felt there were manufacturing defects which were not cleared. The franchise who runs servicing centre does not care about the customer’s complaints and about the poor service they give. In three months of purchase, four or five major defects occurred and the cooling was ineffective. Only in October 2011 the gas refill took place and by that time winter was about to set in and did not use till this year April end. In this month of May, I would have used AC for 10 days or so,(2 to 3 hours/day) and unfortunately for me the fan blade in the compressor unit got damaged on[protected]. A complaint was registered but technician was sent only on 13th May 2012, that too he came casually without bringing any fan blade unit with him. Today I am told the technician may visit us hopefully with a fan blade unit to be fixed in the compressor unit. I am quite unhappy with Voltas servicing centre and I do not advise for any one to go for this brand as they do not care a customer. May be they are minting money on a large scale and so they hardly bother about anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
