[Resolved] Voltas / Window AC — AC not cooling | |||
Dear Sir, I want to raise a complaint against Voltas window AC Which I have purchased in 30th may 2013. The AC which I have purchased is not cooling properly probably a faulty unit has been supplied to me. I have logged a service complaint through Voltas Customer care no. with Complaint no. 13ju1000103 on 10th june 2013 they said within 24 hours our service engineer will contact you but nobody came after 24 hours again I make a call to voltas customer care but they said no complaint was done. i was shocked how it is possible. But then also again I registered a complaint with complaint no.13ju1101242 on 11th June 2013 next day one fellow came & said compressor is leaking. Tomorrow other team will come. Till then I have been struggling to get my service call attended by the service center name is the vintage & voltas head office also. I have made n no. of calls till then but still by today 14thJune 2013 no one has attended the call till now. Its almost 2 days I have been chasing Voltas customer care no. but they all giving the fake promises to send the engineer within 24 hours, Request to please take a strict action against the company and the service center. Voltas AC — not cooling
Reg: My Complaint Number 10my2600548I have brought a ac with Voltas, a 1.5 ton Vertis premium spilt a/c from Viveks Show Room on 10th April-2010 in. I have been facing problem since the day 2nd, the installation was done. I have logged a complaint with Voltas Customer Care (24 X 7). The Complaint number is 10my2600548 . This was raised a 16 days back and still there is no response from Voltas or from the dealer.
I have been followed up with these people for n number of times through calling the dealer, Voltas Customer Care (24 X 7) and also sent mail for requesting like anything.
I have not got any response from them. I just wanna to make the people aware, what kind of service is providing by the Voltas by my complaint. Please don’t go for the Voltas Product. They will treat you like anything while giving you a faulty product.

VOLTAS A.C — A.C NOT COOLING
I am Senior branch manager of a leading nationalised bank at Moovattupuzha kerala..The one ton A.C installed in my cabin has not been cooling for the past three months. On complaint M/S MULTI SALES who are providing service send different technicians but none is able to fix it.It is really a very SORRY state of affairs.I am unable to sit in my cabin due to this.I feel that the service providers do not have qualified technicians and that they are least bothered about customer service even if it is a Nationalised bank.
