Voter Id Card — Mistake in date of birth

The date of birth is not correct on my voter I card. It is printed on my voter I card is 13.5.1948 instead on 22.8.1972 Please solve my problem

My date of birth is incorrect on my voter I- Card. It is printed on my voter I- Card is 13.5.1948 instead of 22.8.1972. My home address is H.no-521-522, Mamta Enclave Dhakoli-140507. Please tell how it is corrected on my voter I-card.

Mistake in date of birth
After so many years of receiving the voter ID card of my whole family, I got my card but with wrong date of birth entry. It has been entered xx/xx/1989 instead of 14/12/1984
