[Resolved]  Wap.handygo.com — unwanted message and charges

I am not opted the service from wap.handygo.com but repeatedly sending messages and charging.stop the messages from wap.handygo.com and stop the charging on my mobile within 4 days duly intimating the same to me otherwise necessary action on wap.handygo.com.in consumer court will be taken with cost and damages. am not opted the service from wap.handygo.com but repeatedly sending messages and charging.so please stop the messages from wap.handygo.com, stop the charging on my mobile [protected] and take the necessary action on wap.handygo.com & refunded me the same ammount.

I am being charged Rs 8 every week from my bsnl mobile no [protected] for which I have not opted.I want to discontinue the service and stop deduction further. Otherwise I will have to approach legally for necessary action.Please stop deduction unnecessarily.

sir, i sent 25 times sms to 55678, for unsubvideobar but they are not unsubscribed and they ar now charging my mobile number [protected] without my confirmation, kindly take action for the above at theearliest.

ap.handygo.com - I was nbeen charged Rs.30 every month instead of sending so many massages asking to unsubvideobar, but still every month they are deducting the same. mean time I have sent messages so many time to 55678 to unsubvideobar service but in turn i am receiving that Temporary service problem asking to try again. I had the same prob...just go here http://www.pgportal.gov.in/Grievance.aspx and logde a complaint...they took action in 3 days and refunded my money

Wap.handygo.com — unauthorised deduction of money

My mobile no.is [protected] and im i receiving a message as "thank you to knoe more please visit Rs.8/7 days http//wap.handygo.com/bsnls/fever offer and also Rs.15 deducted my from my account which was not opted by me. plz cancel immediately!!this is theft.

I have sufferred similar charges from handygo, this company is fraud. They charged me with rs 15 every week and I requested to stop so many time but they don't stop charging. can some authority stop this?

In spite of our repeated sms as well as a letter sub mitted to ur. office at KODAMPAKKAM IN PERSON on 16-05-12 stating both my cell No:- [protected] & [protected] I am receiving the message & renewal charges of Rs. 5/ every fifth day. When ever I get the message I send UNSUBVIDEOBAR notice as per ur. norms which cast Rs. 2/ I am not opted this service. Wen this message is sent ur. not to charge .Your requested to take suitable action immediately with out any further delay from ur. end. Hop I will not get any message as well as further detection in this regard.

I have yesterday posted my complaint. But no action has been taken from ur. end. Today also I received the same message stating that my subscribing video bar at 19612 05:34 pm valid till 24612. In this connection I visited ur. Arcord Rd., office at Kodampakkam and submitted a letter. What is the use of doing all this. Ur. requested to take immediate action with out fail.
