I booked online tickets for "The Avengers" movie on 5 May 2012, at waves cinema, Lucknow...
I attempted twice, first attempt was unsuccessful due to some technical reasons though Rs 645/-- money was deducted and I was told that it would be redeemed in due course of time.. I booked the tickets again, ID was 411991.
I am still awaiting the refund, dont know if it is some kind of fraud to charge the customers twice and refund if some one raises hue and cry (it happened to me before too)..
All attempts to talk to manager waves cinema proved futile..
