Hi this side rahul sarkari, from Lucknow, i have booked a kabil movie ticket in lucknow wave cinemas on 31january 2017 19pm show, but the employee sitting there named vikas yadav gave me a ticket of 5:40pm, as i have purchased that ticket at 18:00pm approx, , ihave confirmed him 2times that i want a ticket of 19:00pm, but i got a ticket of 5:40pm, my fault is that i have not checked that ticket at that time, when i go for the show of 19:00, pm of kaabil movie, then gaurds told me that you have a ticket of 5:40pm show, i ask the ticket counter after that but they told me its my fault, i need to tell that if there is any camera installed near booking counter than kindly check, i have asked for the 19:00pm show, i am not expecting this thing from wave employees, disgusting, and not considerable, kindly look into the matter, i have full ticket with me, i am goind to show it to high authorities,
