1) Owner of the company is an indian
http://wealthcare.mx/business_plan.html (look there plan is indian and indian currency also try this website from US or Canada or anywhere in the world same page for every nation(no ip detection).
" owner of this website is trying to make belief in client's that they have offices in differ location's. if so if i use ip's in differ location the page must be updated to the currency of that location. but it showing only indian currency. so this was main proof that the owner is indian and this is a indian company.

3) fraud FSA regulation
FSA give's authorization to only large scale financial institutions in uk. the office in uk is fraud or may be a small division bench (i investigated about their office in uk. the address reached me to a building which contain small office's above 1000+. so there is no chance that they have a nice office in uk). so FSA will not give authorization to http://wealthcare.mx or WCB Financial Group(fraud name. it mean's no such company).
these are my investigation's... so... please stay away and save your wallet.
