the camcoder dv 540 of wespro ,deliverd by naaptol home shoping network is not working from day one ,i tried a lot to register my complaints to them but they are not responding me so kindly help me.i called many times to there customer cell also on compny helpline but all in vain , i am hopeing help from you. thanx and regards, naveen sharma #42 ,street no: 9A,Anand Nagar B, Patiala-147001. I HAVE BOUGHT A WESPRO DV540 CAMCORDER FROM NAAPTOL.COM ON CASH AT DELIVERY BASIS, BUT AFTER RECEIVING PRODUCT I FOUND THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH IT AS THEY SAY IT HAS 5 MEGA PIXEL CAMERA & 8 MEGA PIXEL (INTERPOLATED), WHEN I TALKED CUSTOMER CARE THEY DENIED ME FOR MONEY BACK NOW I AM STUCKED WITH THIS PRODUCT IT COSTED ME 3699 (INCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES) PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK I AM READY TO WAVIER FOR SHIPPING CHARGES WHICH WAS 200 /-.
