I had bought a WD essentials hardisk 2 months ago. It STOPPED working within a month and i have being tryint o get it replaced for over a month. But the useless phone and email support they have i havent yet being able to even send my hdd to them.
As i write this , I would like everyone to know i have connected to there phone support for the last one and half hour and Still on hold. while my 10 emails did me no good.
Western Digital has greatly disspointed me , its a waste i would buy a new seagate HDD and tell you all dont ever buy WD.
