[Resolved] Western Digital / Hard Drives — Defective Hard Drives Replacement | |
I purchased a WD 160 GB hard disk, but the product was damage with in warranty period. As a company rules I was create RMA for replace my product and the defective hard disk has been picked up by wd courier partners as on 27/11/2008.After two months company says that they did not received the product.
