Please we purchased a Harddisk from Parmar Distributor on 15/05/2009. We have some problem in the Harddisk Please sent a person who set right the Hardisk or give Replacement for that Harddisk.

I register the rma and sent the defective 1 TB hdd on 06/07/2012. Till now (05/09/2012) i can't receive the replacement hdd. When i contact with customer care they give wrong delivery date commimtent. I am doing retail business with computer accessories. The customer of defective hdd come day by day and speaking with harsh. Better we avoid doing the western digital hdd business.
